It's truly a special experience to witness how, in this rustic and impressive setting, a (in my opinion) "far too small" ingot is forged from various metals, eventually leading to the creation of two rings. It's amazing how much effort and time it takes, how exciting it is to forge something so unique according to your own vision, and then with your own hands – something that could bind you for a lifetime. The entire team is incredibly friendly, takes fantastic photos, patiently answers all questions, and is even happy to replace the saw blade if it breaks during some amateurish sawing. We didn't even need the little packet of plasters that served as our appointment reminder. Forging is highly recommended for anyone who wants to create something truly unique and special to mark the start of married life! We're eagerly awaiting the rings finished by the master craftsman.

We received a very warm welcome and were able to look at the various sample rings. This made the selection quick and easy. Thanks to the consultant's suggestion, we opted for two-tone rings. This transformed our simple idea into a much more elegant design. We felt well-advised, and our additional ideas regarding engraving and surface finish were easily accommodated.

We came here to choose our wedding rings. We were greeted by a super friendly team who are also absolute masters of their craft. They took plenty of time for us at every stage (consultation, forging, final fitting, etc.) and addressed all our concerns. Even our 10-year-old child was able to participate in the forging and received a piece of their own. All in all, fantastic service and masterful craftsmanship. The prices surprised us: we had expected them to be significantly higher, especially considering the forging experience and the photographic documentation of the process. We will gladly return and have found our goldsmith and jeweler for years to come.

After 39 years, and just before our 40th wedding anniversary, we had new rings made by the goldsmith Arthur Müller in Lüneburg. From the very beginning, we felt very well taken care of. We were invited into a separate room to choose our rings, offered coffee and sparkling water, and were able to browse for our favorites in peace and quiet. Any questions that arose were answered kindly and competently. Once we had made our selection, we were invited to participate in the ring-making process. We immediately arranged an appointment. We were shown the venerable workshop, the work processes were explained, and then we got started. The individual steps, such as weighing the different materials, melting, rolling, bending, etc., were very interesting and illustrated the craftsmanship behind the creation of a ring. And, what pleased us greatly, all the steps were photographed for us. They took their time for us in a warm and welcoming way, yet it flew by, and we had a lot of fun. The final touches were completed without our presence, but photos were taken. And right on time for our wedding day, we were able to pick up the rings (including a travel case, a delicious bottle of sparkling wine, and a movie voucher—thank you again for the extras! 🤗). We're not only thrilled that we were able to be involved in the creation process, but of course, we're also absolutely delighted with our finished rings. We can wholeheartedly recommend the Arthur Müller goldsmiths and their friendly and competent staff!
